Fios also kept me informed by text - almost a bit too much - reminding me of when the tech was coming, alerting me 15 minutes before the tech arrived, and giving me the name of the tech. I'm fed up with one year plans where the price escalates when the year ends, so I'm happy that Fios offers this service without a time limitation. (That's as long as you sign on to auto pay.) Because I only stream, this is a good deal for me.
